Coffee Morning

On the 17th of March we are holding a Coffee Morning for Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month from 10am to 12 noon. We will be doing our usual tombola table with our wonderfull range of cakes and gifts to win. We will also be serving our normal meals at lunch time. So please come and join us so we can raise some money for this wonderfull chairty.

Breakfast Ideas

It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and who are we to argue with that! The smell of fresh bread and ground coffee, a sturdy cup for the very first taste and a newspaper. Simple pleasures that make any morning a good one!

With the exception of the Scottish black pudding and smoked salmon, breakfast at Cafe Clare is extremely English. We serve locally sourced bacon and sausages - the aroma when they are cooking is that of "Old England".

Every egg we cook you for you, in any style you require, is free range. We'll fry 'em, boil 'em and scramble 'em. We also do amazing omlettes and fabulous frittatas.

Although we have a breakfast menu, if you want a combination that isn't there then just ask! Think of the menu as being a suggestion we are more than happy to adapt it to your wishes.

PS At Cafe Clare, breakfast isn't just a morning thing. We will serve you a "breakfast" anytime until 3.30pm

All happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast.
John Gunther
